ABOUT US
Nestled In is a small construction company operating in Nanaimo, B.C. Established in 2025 by Jac Proctor and Brendan Holm, we work with homeowners to build affordable and attractive suites and laneway or carriage houses. These units can offer rental income, housing for friends or family, and/or downsizing opportunities. We will work with you from start to finish to bring your project to life, including with help navigating loans and other incentives for units like these.

Co-founder
Jac is a Red Seal Carpenter who has been working in Start-to-Finish Residential Construction since 2015. She loves collaborating to create spaces that emphasize functionality, beauty, and sustainable building methods.
Brendan Holm
Co-founder
Brendan has been working as a residential builder in the Nanaimo area since 2008. His creativity, expertise and attention to detail foster the design and construction of efficient and beautiful homes.
